2

Select the Downloader by AFTVnews app and hit Download to install it.

3

💡 Tip: If channels are slow to load, switch from Primestelly 1 to Primestelly 2 or Primestelly 3 in the app's server menu — this connects you to a less busy server.

5

Choose Add Xtream Code, then paste in the Server URL, Username, and Password from your Primestelly email.

Carefully enter the Portal URL, Username, and Password from your subscription email. Double-check for typos.

5

Tap Connect. The box will authenticate your credentials and load the full channel guide.

📦 MAG Box Compatibility

MAG Boxes Are Not Supported. Legacy MAG devices rely on MAC-address registration, which Primestelly does not use. For the smoothest streaming experience, we strongly recommend upgrading to an Android-based player like the Amazon Firestick 4K or any device running Android TV — setup takes under five minutes and picture quality is noticeably better.

Frequently Asked Questions

What devices work with Primestelly IPTV?
Primestelly is compatible with a wide range of devices including Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, all Android TV boxes (Chromecast with Google TV, Nvidia Shield, Xiaomi Mi Box, Sony Bravia), Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Hisense and Vizio TVs, Roku devices, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, Macs, Formuler, Dreamlink, and BuzzTV boxes.
Is the Primestelly app free?
Yes — the official Primestelly app is completely free to download on Android devices and Amazon Firestick. On platforms where our app is not available (Smart TVs, Roku, iOS), you can use third-party players such as Hot Player, iMPlayer, or Smarters Player Lite. Some third-party apps may require their own licence after a free trial, which is separate from your Primestelly subscription.
Why doesn't Primestelly support MAG boxes?
MAG devices use a legacy MAC-address portal system that we do not support. Primestelly operates exclusively through the Xtream Codes API (username and password login), which is more reliable and works across far more devices. We recommend switching to an Amazon Firestick 4K or similar Android device for the best experience.
What should I do if channels are buffering or not loading?
First, try switching to a different server within the app — go from Primestelly 1 to Primestelly 2 or 3. If that doesn't help, restart the player app and check your internet connection speed. A stable connection of at least 25 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming. If issues persist, reach out to our support team.
Where do I find my login credentials?
Your Server URL, Username, and Password are sent to the email address you used when purchasing your subscription. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Primestelly. If you can't find it, contact our support team with your order details and we'll resend them.

Troubleshooting Tips

Channels not loading or buffering? Run through these quick fixes before reaching out to support.

Test your internet speed first. Smooth HD playback needs a steady 15–20 Mbps or higher. Use a wired Ethernet connection whenever possible — Wi-Fi can introduce lag, especially on busy home networks.

Double-check your login details. The Server URL, Username, and Password are all case-sensitive. Copy and paste them directly from your subscription email to avoid typos.

Keep your player app up to date. Outdated versions can cause blank screens, missing channels, or playback errors. Check your app store for the latest update and install it.

Power-cycle everything. Fully restart your streaming device and your router/modem — unplug each for 30 seconds. This clears stale connections and often resolves freezing issues on its own.

Turn off any third-party VPN. Primestelly already includes a built-in Anti-Block VPN, so running a separate VPN on top can cause routing conflicts, slower speeds, or connection drops.

Clear the app cache. Go to your device's Settings → Apps → select your IPTV player → tap Clear Cache. This removes stale data that can cause the channel list to hang or display errors.

ISP throttling is handled automatically. Our integrated Anti-Block VPN prevents your internet provider from detecting and slowing down IPTV traffic — no extra apps or configuration required on your end.
